A Queen and Her Crown: A Celebration of Natural Hair
In honor of Black History month, UNC Charlotte is offering a variety of programs, one of which celebrates the natural hair of black women in the Charlotte community. Hair, a feature that most of us share a love/hate relationship with, is shown in its true form via photographs of an assortment of lovely ladies. Forget tedious styling and weaves of wonder; the textured beauty of natural hair prevails here. (Anita Overcash)
