A Screening of Frontline's "Secret State of North Korea"

Learn about the hidden world of the North Korean people through undercover footage from inside the country as well as interviews with defectors. This PBS documentary provides context for the Pulitzer Prize-winning novel "The Orphan Master's Son" by Adam Johnson. Queens is exploring Johnson's novel for the campus-wide Common Read Program, and you are invited to join in. Johnson will visit campus for a public reading on February 10, 2015.
