A two-day program designed for those who would like to teach the Ageless Grace® program in their communities. Ageless Grace® - 21 Simple Tools for Lifelong Comfort and Ease - can be done by any age or ability. The movements focus on the healthy longevity of the body, mind and spirit. Practiced in or near a chair, each of the 21 Tools focuses on different anti-aging techniques, e.g., joint mobility, spinal flexibility, coordination, cognitive function, balance, confidence, and playfulness.
