The Ageless Grace Seminar is a 4-hour workshop designed to show you how to practice the program at home. Ageless Grace is a fitness program created by Denise Medved consisting of “21 Simple Tools for Lifelong Comfort and Ease”. The exercises are practiced in a chair and use natural movements to engage your creativity and sense of play. Each of the 21 tools focuses on different anti-aging factors, such as joint mobility, spine flexibility, coordination, cognitive function, balance and confidence.
