Have the nay-sayers experienced "Fort Awesome"? Well I just did and I can truly say it was one unique experience. Never have I met such hospitable hosts! The entire place is filled with artistic expression. There are antiques, old stuff, paintings, sculptures, glass and the list just goes on and on; literal feasts for the eyes. Maybe this place isn't for everyone but if there is one artistic, adventurous bone in your body you will enjoy staying there. There are spanses of green grass, a swimming hole, hula hoops and an open invitation to express yourself. Who could ask for more.
