Aprons don’t hold us back, they take us back. Apron Chronicles: A Patchwork of American Recollections is a traveling exhibition that pairs powerful photography with real world stories and sentimental ties to the past in the form of vintage aprons. The exhibit tells the emotional stories of 46 individuals, each of whom have unique memories about aprons and the people who wore them. Adding emphasis and history to these stories, the gallery space also features vintage aprons, hung on clotheslines throughout the exhibit. Take this opportunity to see Apron Chronicles before it travels to its next venue!
