After a successful launch this past February, the NoDa Film Festival returns for another engagement at the Neighborhood Theatre, 511 36th St. This time, the theme is "Celebrating Great Asian Cinema," and the four-day run kicks off this Sunday with a showing of the 1966 martial arts extravaganza Come Drink With Me.
