Babyshaker celebrates 10 years

Rock band years are like dog years; to survive 10 of them deserves recognition, preferably in the form of a rock show. Being smart boys and girls, that's precisely how local quartet Babyshaker's gonna roll, with a blow-out birthday bash this Saturday, Dec. 13 at the Milestone, featuring Zoe Vette And The Revolvers, 2013 Wolves and drag/performance artist Lilith DeVille.

Singer Scott Weaver promises decorations and cake like an "insane birthday party." Expect classics from the early years, current stuff from the band's upcoming Don Dixon-produced debut, and even a cover or two. Mostly, though, they'll do what they've done for 10 years now; rock your face off. Show starts at 8 p.m.
