Do you have a brown-thumb? Do you want to learn the basics of gardening for spaces of all sizes? Join us for an informational workshop that will provide you with the skills to start your own garden. Attendees will learn: - Basic knowledge needed to start a garden (i.e. soil preparation, location selection, crop selection, planting calendar, etc.) - Diverse gardening methods including but not limited to raised beds, container gardening and innovation with repurposed materials. - Information on potential cost savings from home gardening.
