While a Metro Membership card can get you through the door at any YMCA in the area, the Harris Y has something for everyone, young or not, with children or without, in-shape gym rat or fitness dilettante. Some like the indoor and outdoor pools, and the water-park activities. Others wouldn’t miss yoga. The aerobic, sculpt, cycle and step classes — with zumba and cardio funk for the adventurous — make staying in shape a lot more bearable than you might think. And you can always pick up a healthy snack in the deli.
