Owners Lisa Burris and Lori Pearson opened Savor Café a year ago for lunch. They have expanded into dinner from Thursday through Saturday, but lunch — and their black-eyed pea salad — remains a favorite. Soups and sandwiches are first-rate while Pearson’s desserts are packaged to savor back in the office.
