Nosh on marinated anchovies, perfectly grilled lamb chops or pork belly tacos with a watermelon salsa bundled in a flour tortilla, all the while sipping Soul's twist on the classic Negroni, here a vivid orange and made with Aperol and Lillet rather than Campari.
