Safe Trick or Treating with more than 25 local businesses. We will have a DANCE PARTY with Chuck Boozer from WRHI on Main St. at 5:30pm.
COSTUME CONTEST-Registration from 5:30-6:15pm in front of Wells Fargo. Judging will begin at 6:30pm. Ages: Infant-2 years, 3-4 years, 5-6 years, 7-8 years, 9-10 years, 11-12 years.
SPECIAL APPEARANCES BY the Rock Hill Fire Department, the “Carolina GhostBusters” and the York County Library Bookmobile.
