Build Your Assists 2.0 with Grace Millsap and Rodney James
Are you ready to add more tools to your assisting toolbelt? This 2.5 hour workshop will expand on foundational knowledge of using hands on assists to support a yoga practice. Join Grace Millsap, 200 ERYT and YACEP, and Rodney James, Baptiste Certified Assistant, for an informative discussion on how to read your students body, and opportunities to practice assisting more challenging poses, poses that require modifications, and poses with longer holds.
