Join us for a relaxing evening of meditation.
We will begin with Pranayama (Breathing) exercises followed by a candlelit guided meditation. We will harness the power of the full moon as we will focus on calming the mind, energy clearing, and positive intention.
Bring your mat and wear comfortable clothing; feel free to bring a blanket and pillow.
A limited number of mats and blankets are available on a first come basis.
