Chocolate Adventures
Chocolate Adventure is Collaborative Ventures’ signature chocolate and wine pairing event where a creation of hand-crafted chocolate desserts are paired with perfectly selected wines for the ultimate taste experience. Chef Altonnia “Tony” Wilkins, a culinary expert - who's worked with celebrity chefs such as Duff Goldman, Emeril, Paula Dean, Rachel Ray and Cake Boss - will prepare desserts ranging from chocolate covered cherries to chocolate coconut macaroons. Experience live music by the Michael Porter Trio band, dancing, heavy hors d’ oeuvres and raffle prizes.
