If they shared a common industrial music parent — then Nine Inch Nails grew up and veered toward metal while Combichrist got caught up on the outskirts of the electronic dance scene. The bands share some visual similarities on stage, but Combichrist will encourage more dance and less slam with its synthpunk styles and chant-worthy choruses.
