Everyone’s aware by now that we’re fans of Charlotte-based indie rockers Blame the Youth — we put them on the cover of the Pride Guide and had them on an episode of the ‘Local Vibes podcast — but their performance only scratches the surface of the cool shit happening at this event. You’ve got hip-hop dance classes from Dina Badawy, paper-flower making with artist-in-residence Julio Gonzalez and something called a food surprise from other artist-in-residence Leah Rosenberg. We wish we were still in college.
