Conscious Dance begins with a 15 minute warm up, followed by an hour of facilitated conscious dance and a closing circle. The elements used in Conscious Dance are: breath, music, movement, visualization, connection, embodied and somatic awareness/release, and creativity. Each participant chooses how to engage his/her body and senses in the dance.
Please bring a water bottle, a towel, your admission, and comfortable clothes and footwear (or go barefoot)!
