Rock Hill artist Dominique Verechia has been busy. Her latest exhibit at Gallery Up includes two collections of work that she's completed over the past two years. Neighborhood was inspired by place and community, while Already, Not Yet is described as an "internal journey about endurance, refinement, and potential." Verechia uses mixed media and polymer lift to create colorful, refreshing patterns on her works.
Exhibit continues through Sept. 9. Opening reception on Aug. 18 from 6 p.m.-8 p.m. Gallery Up, 201 E. Main St., Rock Hill. 803-980-5355. www.galleryup.com.
