Piedmont Culinary Guild and Center for Environmental Farming Systems present the inaugural Farm To Fork In The Garden, a celebration of local and sustainable food. The evening will pair local chefs and farmers to create dishes made with seasonal ingredients. There will also be multiple food artisans, along with local brewers, distillers, and wineries, and live music.
Proceeds from the event will provide scholarships to beginning farmers, culinary and agriculture students, and small food businesses, in addition to funding CEFS' Sustainable Agriculture Internship and Apprentice programs.
