The next installation of this quarterly, themed discussion series will feature chef, restaurateur and cookbook author Bruce Moffett, in a conversation moderated by local historian and foodie Dr. Tom Hanchett. The Final Draught formula is simple: A conversation with local thought leaders combined with beer and books. Tickets are $10 in advance and $15 at the door (if available) and include light bites. Beer will be available for purchase. Proceeds benefit the Charlotte Mecklenburg Library Foundation.
