Flex & Fly Your Spine with Kelsey Cash and Andy Chen

This unique two-day workshop combines both air yoga and backbends in an easy, fun, and comfortable environment! Spend the morning with us strengthening our backs, energizing our bodies, and freeing our minds both in the air and on the ground. No prior experience with air yoga or backbends are necessary. We will teach backbends of all levels so everyone has a chance to strengthen, energize, and free our body, mind, and spirit.
