Kudos to Kemp for bringing up Putin's "old tricks of spying, interfering in foreign affairs and wreaking chaos". After all, he's got the NSA conducting mass surveillance on all his country's citizens, he's interfered with the Israeli election and the Brexit vote and the bombing of seven Muslim-majority countries, and he certainly wreaked chaos by invading Libya and sparking multiple crises (migrants, human trafficking, slavery).
Oh wait, that was some other guy.

Over the years several groups have asked to be known by different labels, and people not in those groups have generally obliged.
To wit: colored > negro > black > Afro-American > African-American > person of color
or:
homosexual > gay > queer > LGBT > LGBTQ
etc.
Nobody has ever asked to be called "cis". So stop. Or if you have to give us a label, since you're so focused on identity politics, I suggest the following:

The Bojangles vote was ENTIRELY about soccer. Ed Driggs proposed paying for the Bojangles improvements out of the tourism tax and using the originally-earmarked $18.5 million for affordable housing. But oh no! that would have taken some money out of the tourism tax bucket, making it unavailable to subsidize the billionaire Smiths' ill-conceived soccer proposal. Lyles sided with the billionaires, Kenny Smith sided with affordable housing.

Lyles voted against allocating $18.5 million to affordable housing, instead using that money for improvements to Ovens & Bojangles and reserving tourism tax money for the billionaires and their failed sucker - er - soccer bid. She also supported giving over a half-billion dollars to a corrupt foreign company to build $20-per-trip toll lanes on I-77, a project that the NCDOT admitted will do nothing to relieve congestion. Kenny Smith has been on the right side of both these crucial issues.

Stella Artois isn't a "brewing company". It's one of many brands sold by AB-InBev, the world's largest beer company and one dedicated to squashing independent breweries such as the ones in the NoDa neighborhood. Mr. Rain may have to eat, but I doubt if any NoDa residents are anxious to buy him a (real) beer.
