Drama

"Chak Jawana" highlights the problems faced by youth in a Punjabi village. The young men fall prey to drugs, become irresponsible and disturb the peace. The elders despair about the future of their community. Captain Gurjeet Singh arrives on a month's home leave from the Indian Navy. He reforms the youth and helps them overcome their weaknesses. The film has a powerful message on family values, determination and hope.
