Join us as we celebrate National Library Week with live Roots Rock Reggae! Guitarist Don Kodzai will perform roots reggae music. There will also be a display showcasing Charlotte Mecklenburg Library's resources on this well-known style of popular music that originated in Jamaica in the late 1960s and quickly emerged as the country's dominant music. This event is free and open to all ages. There will also be light refreshments served.
