Heather Gillis is 22 with one hell of a pedigree. Not only can she hold her own on guitar, her vocals have that fabulous deep soulful blues quality, a little smoke an whiskey... She's been a member of Butch Trucks' Freight Train Band (guitar and vocals), played with Colonel Hampton, and is garnering more respect every day with her ability to jam. Allman Brothers fans will love her, as she brings that same quality to her style.
Opening for Heather is Multi talented Woody Williams, also known as Funky Geezer in the Charlotte area music scene.
