Intro to Yoga: Align & Flow 4 week series

You will learn the essential basics to build a healthy & strong yoga practice with a solid foundation in breathing techniques (to relax, restore and energize) and alignment based yoga postures. Alternative, safe and effective versions of all postures will be discussed, allowing even beginners to move with safety, ease and awareness. You will finish the series with a new confidence to start your yoga practice in 2014 AND meet some warm & caring people in our community.
