JUNE 26 -- An Aussie Wine Dinner. Based off of Australian diet and eats, Chef Jay has put together a five-course menu that's a feast of food including chilled melon soup, dry-spice crusted sashimi tuna, poached jumbo prawns, herb-crusted rack of lamb and more. JUNE 28 -- Simon Kidgits Super Duper Mini Chefs. Along with Radio Disney, kids will get the opportunity to work hands-on with food, as well as learning kitchen safety tips and proper manners to use during meal times. The event will also feature a charity food drive to benefit Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina, prizes and other special gifts.
