Juneteenth Jubilee

Just like America, the Juneteenth Festival is an eclectic mixture of cultures and traditions. For some, the attraction lies within the Education Village, which promises lectures by prominent educators and historians. Laden with community-building events, art vendors and entertainment, attendees will find the mingled fragrances of culture and edification mix quite nicely with food and music. As R&B shakes hands with reggae and jazz with gospel, the estimated 50,000 attendees are certainly in for a free weekend of unforgettable festivities.
