Kriyas have the potential to help our bodies clear stagnant blood, circulate lymph fluid, and make our digestive systems super happy. We will utilize ancient technologies of breath, movement, and the chakra system to learn to listen to our bodies and heal ourselves. This 2-hour workshop includes a brief discussion of the chakras, a physical practice perfect for all levels, and an extended savasana with mediation.
