There’s an old saying, “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.” In this workshop, we will learn a breath for health and radiance. We will practice a dynamic yoga set to build the immune system and to keep your body running optimally. This set also supports digestion and the metabolism and helps you move through life with the heart of a warrior. We will also meditate deeply for healing and strength.
