#MeToo Dance - Transforming the traumas of abuse through dance This dance focuses on allowing the emotions of our experiences to be acknowledged and then released while dancing in a semi-trance state with recorded music and live drumming. In this way we allow these emotions to pass through us and return back to where they came from, as we dance in new light energies to take their place. Love donation is suggested.
