Documentary

This documentary is about 20 of the 29 teachers at a Phoenix, Arizona public school who set out on a journey toward improving the quality of their teaching during what turned out to be a very tough time to be a teacher - especially in Arizona. Over the last three years we have followed these teachers as they attempted National Board Certification, a grueling program that is the most accurate measure of teacher effectiveness in relation to student achievement.
