Many of us carry too much tension in our hip joints from stressful lives and sitting in chairs for many hours. During this workshop, we will explore the 6 ranges of motion in the hip joint and build a sequence incorporating all ranges of motion to gently bring more openness to the hips. Celebrate yourself as a mother, and celebrate the mothers in your life on this special day!
This workshop is open to all levels (Moms of any age, daughters and sons age 14 and up). Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and dress to practice.
