Three Charlotte-area Episcopal church choirs: Holy Comforter, Christ Church, and St. Martin's; along with members of the Charlotte Symphony Orchestra, present works of Gabriel Fauré (his Requiem and "Cantique de Jean Racine"), along with instrumental works for organ, viola, and cello. Soloists include Hannah Jessup, soprano; Joshua Wald, baritone; Ben Geller, viola; Sarah Markle, cello; and Rob Keene, organ. The concert is free and open to the public. A free-will offering will be received to benefit Galilee Ministries of East Charlotte, a new ministry of the Episcopal Diocese of North Carolina.
