The NC Music Factory 5K Rock N Run/Walk is an annual fundraiser for Leaving It Behind at risk youth program in the Lockwood community of Charlotte The family event combines health, wellness, a youth run/activities while supporting a worthy cause. For the competitive runners, consider organizing a team. Sonya D. Fitness guru who has train prominent professionals such as multi-Grammy-Award winner Fantasia Barrino. Sonya D. is a Fitness Trainer and Motivational Speaker who inspires people to live a successful and healthy life. Her high energy workout is exhilarating and will lead the pre-race warm up.
