Opening your Heart 101 with Brittany Sanderson

Sit at a desk? Hunch over kids all day? Want to grow your practice? Join an exploration on the importance of heart opening and back bending poses on a physical and mental level. Learn how to safely practice these poses without low back pain and explore a deeper variety of backbends. The workshop will include the reasons we practice backbends for both physical and spiritual balance, a small warm up flow, and a deeper study of some deeper heart openers, plus a chance to ask questions and gain assistance finding comfort in your back bending practice.
