Piedmont Dance Theatre's The Nutcracker

In its 14th season, Piedmont Dance Theatre has been hard at work to present their latest production of The Nutcracker. Featuring Tchaikovsky’s full music score, the entire production has been updated within the past three years and re-choreographed offering a new and fresh look for this classic performance. Artistic Director, Rebecca Massey Wiley, explains, “Our production is updated every year in an effort to continually challenge our dancers and engage the audience.” The Nutcracker begins its run at the Kannapolis Performing Arts Center on Friday, Dec. 9 at 7 pm and Saturday, December 10 at 2 pm.
