Poetry readings can be hit or miss, especially when the floor is open to anyone with enough (liquid) courage to grab the mic. Luckily, this Book Buyers' reading features three locally distinguished — and more importantly, published — poets: Morri Creech, Amy Bagwell and Shannon Barringer. But beware: an open mic, accessible to any wordsmith — good or bad — follows.
