If you enjoy Powerful Flow, but wish there was time to go a bit deeper, you’ll love this 90 minute session with Elisia! This is a great class for students looking to move and flow. Expect an opening dharma talk or guided visualization, followed by a faster paced practice that will energize your body and mind. From there we will move to the wall to break down challenging postures, followed by landing poses, final relaxation and a short meditation. This class is good for those with some knowledge of the poses. Options for arm balances, inversions and advanced asanas.
