The Charlotte Affiliate of the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network will join thousands of people at more than 80 PurpleLight events taking place in communities across the country this year to raise awareness about pancreatic cancer, the fourth leading cause of cancer death in the United States. The evening will be an opportunity for survivors, family and friends to come together to remember those who have fought pancreatic cancer, honor pancreatic cancer survivors and inspire those who have been touched by the disease.
