Raid the Cellar
Police in Italy recently made hundreds of arrests of suspected Mafia figures, but this isn’t that kind of raid. Raiding the cellar at Corkbuzz means pairing eight Italian wines with carefully selected snacks. Renowned Master Sommelier Laura Maniec guides attendees in a night of wine appreciation at her restaurant for this event, which will let guests guess which region creates their preferred wine: Piedmont or Tuscany? We prefer Piedmont, just because it reminds us of home.
