Self-proclaimed “surf rockcandy” band *repeat repeat is hanging 10 all the way down the east coast, and that includes a stop at Charlotte’s Stage Door Theater. Formed in Nashville, the beach rock band cultivates a ‘60s vibe that acts as a nod to both lead vocalists’ California roots. The top Spotify song from the band’s 2014 Floral Canyon album, “Girlfriend” is a good place to start if you’re into up-and-coming surf indie bands. Then just ride the wave.
