In this style of Yoga you will utilizes props such as bolsters, blocks, blankets and straps to allow the body to release and relax completely. This practice is very beneficial but is especially supportive to those in the process of actively healing.
To deepen your experience Brianna will interweave sound healing with Crystal Singing Bowls and Aromatherapy into the practice. It will be so relaxing and you will leave this two-hour workshop refreshed.
Please dress in layers for the class as your body temperature drops in the meditative states. Socks, long sleeve shirts, and full-length pants are recommended.
