Rock and Read 5K
The 5th Annual Rock and Read 5K returns to the Plaza Midwood neighborhood on September 6th. This event, coordinated by the Friends Council, benefits the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Library. The event will include a 5k walk/run, a 1-mile fun run, and a kids’ dash. The goal of the race is to increase awareness about the Charlotte Mecklenburg Library and its affiliates while generating funds for programs and services.
