Scarecrow Decorating Contest

Join us as we scare up some fun on Main Street in Lancaster! We invite individuals, families, clubs, church groups and all organizations to have some fun, get in the fall spirit and create a scarecrow. All scarecrows will be displayed along Main Street throughout the month of October. All you need is the straw, clothing, creativity and a team that wants to have a great time. Registration is required by Monday, October 6. Applications available at City Hall 216 S. Catawba St. Lancaster, SC 29720.
