“Seeking the Historical Cook” Program by Kay K. Moss

Kay Moss, an author, historian, and founder of the Eighteenth-century Backcountry Lifeways Studies Program at the Schiele Museum, will discuss her book Seeking the Historical Cook: Exploring Eighteenth-Century Southern Foodways. Moss will share lively pictures of historical foods and methods, and have some show-and-tell (and sniff) items to share with the audience.
