We're skipping the green beer this year and teaching you how to make Irish inspired cocktails all using whiskey and bourbon. Whether you're a gin drinker or a scotch fan, or you just want to develop an appreciation for dark liquors, this course is for you. You will be introduced to the history and science behind cask-aged spirits. You will learn the correct way to taste and evaluate different styles and we'll explore ways to customize these drinks to perfectly suit your tastes.
