The Health Fair is a free event where women can obtain free heart health screenings, advice on reducing their personal risks for heart disease, and guidance on adopting heart healthy lifestyles. The event will include heart-healthy cooking and fitness demonstrations, educational seminars on preventative health, a stress management pavilion, and many fun and exciting activities.
